Cottage, c.1800. Painted brick under a pantile roof, 2 brick gable stacks
with dentilled eaves. 2 storeys. Off centre doorway with ½ glazed door and
plain surround, to the,east 2 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes and to the west a
single wider but shallower glazing bar Yorkshire sash. All ground floor
openings are under segmental arches. On the 1st floor are 3 glazing bar
Yorkshire sashes.
