69 and adjoining boundary wall

GV II

House and attached boundary wall. c1840. Brick with stone
dressings and slate roof. Plinth, cogged eaves, 2 gable stacks
(rebuilt late C20). Windows are mid C19 plain sashes. Openings
have rubbed brick heads. 2 storeys; 2 window range. L-plan.
Slightly off-centre 6-panel door and overlight, flanked by
single windows. Outside, dwarf brick boundary wall with
chamfered stone coping and square piers with stone caps.
Wrought iron spearhead railing and gate. Included for group
value.
