House. Datestone WI/1713. Steeply pitched C20 tile roof. Brick ridge stack.
2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Central 6-panelled door with gabled hood
flanked by C20 casements. C20 casements to attic. All windows have wooden
lintels. Single-unit, single storey extension to left has C20 tile roof and
brick stack to left. C20 casements. Interior: Wooden winder stair, inglenook
fireplace, painted white, has chamfered bressumer. Mostly original joists in
kitchen, and chamfered bressumer. Beams and joists exposed in attic bedroom.
