Description


PEMBROKE COLLEGE 1. 1485 Staircase 17 SP 5106 SW 8/569 II 2. Formerly No 15 Pembroke Street. 3-storeyed in stuccoed Headington ashlar with cellars. Late C18. Stone band at 1st floor, moulded stone parapet and a dormer window in the attic. Red brick stacks. The ground floor has 2 C19 sash windows and a doorway in a stone frame with a semi-circular head. In the 1st and 2nd floors are two Cl9 sash windows with a blocked one in between them. The West side and back are in red brick. The staircase entrance has a pillared porch.
