House. c.l840. Brick, stucco, slate roof, brick end stacks. 3 storeys. L-plan.
Rusticated ground floor. Entrance at side has pedimented stucco doorcase,
panelled door and fanlight. Windows and door openings on ground floor have
semi-circular arched heads. Sashes with glazing bars. Rendered first and second
floors have sashes with glazing bars (3-pane width). Recessed balcony to first
floor is flanked by widely spaced Greek Doric columns in antis. Interior not
inspected.
