House and shop. RCHM. 118. C15 in origin with 2 C17 gables added on the
North front. 3-storeyed rubble with renewed stone copings and a Welsh
slate roof. Shop front to ground floor. In the lst floor and in the gables
are 2 and 3-light renewed stone mullioned windows with cinquefoiled traceried
heads and square labels. Interior: RCHM page 170b. Includes the original
doorway (now visible at back of No 26 Cornmarket Street), an original wood
window frame and roof timbers.
