Mid C19 facade. Stucco and slate roof with crested tiling, Machiolated
eaves. String course above ground floor and dentil cornice above 1st
floor. 3 storeys, 2 windows. Top floor has 2 canted sashed bays, 1st
floor 2 sashes of 3 lights each, one forming a canted bay with round arched
lights, the other with central light, round arched. Ground floor has
shop on eastern side with band surround and horizontal, paired console
ornament above. Central door with pediment. Carriage arch to west.

Nos 35 to 63 (odd) (including the buildings at the rear of No 37) and
the Town Hall form a group with Nos 50 and 52 and Nos 62 to 66 (even).
