Barn and attached sheltersheds, now multi-use hall. Mid C17 barn, probably late
C18 sheltersheds to rear, with C20 alterations. Brick plinth; timber-framing
with weatherboarding; old plain-tile half-hipped roof. 6-bay aisled barn. C20
plank doors to half-hipped midstrey to left of centre. C20 fenestration to rear
aisle. Interior: double queenpost roof trusses to left, queenpost roof trusses
to right with queenstruts supporting lower purlins. 2 rows of purlins with
windbraces. L-shaped shelter-shed to rear: timber-framing with weatherboarding;
old plain-tile roof. Interior: queen-strut roof with some C20 timber. Part of
sheltershed has late C20 sliding glass doors to front and has been converted to
dining area.
