Farmhouse. Mid C18. Front range has datestone 'JP 1819'. Coursed limestone
rubble, brick quoins and dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof. L-plan with rear
right wing. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Console-brackets to flat hood over
6-panelled door with Regency overlight. Cambered brick arches with keystone over
8-pane sashes, and 6-pane sash over door in right bay. Similar early C19 sash in
right gable wall. Mid C18 rear wing of 2 storeys; 4-window range; of similar
materials with brick gable end stacks: right side wall has timber lintels over
C19 casements, 2 blocked windows, and blocked door flanked by buttresses.
Interior: panelled doors and shutters. Hall has early C19 staircase with stick
balusters. Rear wing noted as having chamfered beams.
