Early C19 pair of houses. Red brick with black-glazed pantile roof. Brick pilaster
at corners and party wall. Two storeys. Sashes with flat rubbed arches. Later
shopfront in No 45. No 47 has central doorway with elliptical rubbed arch and
fanlight with radial glazing bars. Eaves with brackets arranged in pairs. Chimney
stacks at E. & W. gables and in line with party wall. Coped and parapetted gables.
