C17 or earlier. Flint with brick dressings. Steep pantile roof with brick coping
to gable ends; 2 storeys. First floor 4 windows. Two sashes with glazing
bars and 2 later casements with glazing bars. Ground floor 2 sashes with glazing
bars. Many blocked window and door openings. Central early C19 moulded architrave
doorcase with entablature with deep cornice. Brick chimney stacks at end and
off centre.
Wall immediately north along Knight Street and Memorial Square, probably C18
but repaired in C19. Flint and brick. The lower courses are earlier. Brick
coping. C19 square red brick piers at south end. Follows curve of road. About
9 ft high. Attached C19 wrought iron lamp bracket.
