C17, altered, 2 storey and attic, plastered. C19 red brick face. Steep roof with pantiles. No 53, gabled half-dormer casement at 1st floor, early C19 shop front ground floor. No 54 two 5-light mullion casements at 1st floor, door with glazed upper half. Massive central chimney with clustered flues. One storey wing, South with plinth and pantile roof.

Nos 37 to 45 (consec), 47 to 58 (consec), 60 to 63 (consec) and Nos 65 to 67 (consec) form a group.
