The building shall be noted for its group value, and the description shall be
amended to read:

Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid/late Cl7. Rough-cast over timber frame;
gabled pantile roof; central C17 brick ridge stack finished in early C20 brick.
2 storeys: 3-window range. C20 doors and casements. Interior: chamfered
ground-floor beams; exposed timber framing with arch-bracing to wall frames
and to tie-beams of collar-truss roof with butt purlins; C17 winder stairs
from first floor to attic to rear of stack; C17 floorboards to attic.
