Kitchen garden walls, early C19, red brick in Flemish bond. Some ramped
walls at angles. Gateway to west with rendered lion couchant and two stone
balls (one lost) on entablature above arch. Gateway to south wall.
Octagonal building attached to west wall, red brick mainly in Flemish bond,
octagonal roof with pantiles. c.12m across. East and west faces with
vertical joins in brickwork down sides; English bond to north-east and
north-west cants and to west face. North face with square opening with
honeycomb bricks, square openings to south-east and south blocked. East
face with wide low doorway to left, 2 square openings above with fixed lights
with glazing bars, all under segmental arches. Included for group value.
