Farmhouse c1800 (date stone on west gable not decipherable). Red brick with
black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys; attics over north range. T-shaped
plan. South facade symmetrical of three bays: sashes with glazing bars under
rubbed brick arches. Central doorway with open-pedimented doorcase,
semicircular fanlight with radial glazing bars, panelled reveal. Six-panelled
door with two upper panels glazed. Parapet gables with internal stacks.
Brick dentil eaves. Range to north with 2 and 4-light C20 casements with
glazing bars; openings with flat gauged arches. Two panelled entrance doors
on west side. Dentil brick eaves. Chimney off-centre on ridge line.
Catslide extension on east side with two flat roofed attic dormers.
