5.6.72. No. 10. (Lime Tree House).
GV II
House. Late C19. Yellow brick facade; slate roof; one gable-end red
brick chimney to left. 2 storeys and attic; 4 first-floor windows. Panelled
door to left of centre has overlight with glazing bars flanked by pilasters
with dentilled cornice. 2-storey canted bay to left has dentilled string
course and large-paned sash windows, all with horns and flat gauged brick arches.
Modillion cornice. Small dormer with sloping roof. Gable parapets have moulded
brick kneelers. Later single-storey extension to right. This property is not
shown on Morant's Map of Norwich, 1873.
