Shops. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Painted brick; timber weather-boarding
at fourth floor. Pantiles. 3 storeys, jettied at 2nd floor. 4 storeys over
left-hand 2 bays. Eleven 2nd floor windows including 3 blind windows. C20
shopfront with 3 recessed doors and wide fascia. Sash windows at first floor
with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Casement and sash windows at
2nd floor. Coved cornice. Interior:- one C16 wall-post and arched brace in
far-west room. The upper floors continue over No. 37 London Street. (qv).
