Rendered ground floor with timber-frame above. Pantile roof. Corner site.
3-storeys, jettied at first and 2nd floors on north and west elevations.
Single bay. 2-storey extension jettied at first floor with 2 first floor
windows. Door and C20 corner shopfront with glazing bars. C20 3-light
casement at first floor with opening light to the right. C17 mullion and
transome window at 2nd floor. Corner-posts and gable-end in Lower Goat Lane.
Unusual ground floor ceiling-beam arrangement instead of the expected dragon-
beam.
