Former use unknown now office. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick
ground floor and rendered first floor. Slate roof. 2 storeys, jetty at
first floor. 3 closely spaced first floor windows. C20 central door with rec-
tangular fanlight. Sash windows throughout: side lights at ground floor
and simple surrounds at first floor. Box cornice on small brackets. 2
dormer gables with bargeboards.
