Former house, now offices. Circa 1730 with C19 alterations and addition.
Red brick. Pantile roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys and plinth. 7 bays, the
central 3 bays project with rusticated quoins. Central door with rectangular
fanlight, attached Tuscan columns, frieze with toxophilic accoutrements and
pediment. Small C19 door at extreme left. Sash windows throughout with rubbed
brick flat arches. Central window at first floor with segmental top sash and
arch and haunched rusticated surround. Modillion cornice. Pediment over 3
central bays with 3-light lunette. Hipped 2-span roof. Fine interior detail
including wall paintings in elaborate plasterwork frame and a stucco ceiling
with landscape central oval. Fireplace by T. Cheere.
