Former use unknown. No. 25 now offices with flat over. No. 27 house and
No. 29 shop. Early C16 with C18 and C19 rear additions and alterations.
C20 renovations and north gable. Rendered timber-frame at first floor.
Pantile roof. 2 storeys. 5 irregularly spaced first floor windows. C20
and C19 shopfronts. No. 29 has 1890 on console. Sash windows with
glazing bars and one C18 mullion and transom window at first floor.
Central dormer gable with casement window is a C17 insertion. 2 closely
spaced wall-posts and tie-beams above the Nos. 27 and 29 division
suggests that this was an early C16 continuing speculative development.
