House. C17, enlarged C19. Rubble walls, oak lintels to openings. Slated roof, red brick stack. Originally 1½ storeys, single room plan, entered from east via door into lobby adjacent to fireplace on north gable wall. Extended to 2½ storeys in C19 when entrance moved to centre of east elevation and interior partitioned. East elevation has two windows (two-light timber casements), the lower right-hand are blocked. South elevation has one window (as others) in gable; below, a blocked triangular vent visible in original gable. Prominent stone boundary wall to south.
