Two houses. c.1820 to right. Squared and coursed limestone, with ashlar blocks; gabled concrete tile roof; brick end stacks.Two-unit plan. Two storeys and attic; Two window range. Wrought-iron brackets support flat stone hood over late C19 half-glazed door. Flat stone arches over six-pane sashes. Two gabled dormers. Early C19 No.107 to left, of similar materials with Welsh slate roof; has flat stone arches over C20 door and six-pane sash; ten-pane first floor sash. Interiors not inspected. Included for group value.
