Of late C16 to early C17 origin. 2 storeys, the upper of painted brick,
the ground floor of coursed stone rubble; 3 later casement windows and
a three-light mullioned window plus 1 blocked, and a later casement below.
On left-hand side a single-storeyed wing of stone rubble with 3 later
wood mullloned casement windows and a plain doorway with gabled hood on
brackets. Plain eaves; tiles Included for Group value.
St John's church, Willey Old Hall and Church Row form a group.
