GV II
Stable with dovecote above. Late C17. Coursed rubble limestone with quoins;
stone slate roof with moulded gable copings, moulded kneelers and moulded stone
finials. Small square building of 2 storeys. East gable end has high blocked
window with 2 arched lights, stone mullion and Tudor hoodmould. Small blocked
door below in dressed stone surround with 4-centred head, one stone marked with
initials TD. North side has doors to both stable and loft above. South side has
decorative panels of render and roughcast. Said to retain nexting boxes.
Attached C20 car port is not of special architectural interest.
