House. Mid C17. Coursed lias rubble with thatched roof. 2-unit through
passage plan, 2-storey, 3-window range of casements some with original leaded
lights and original shutters on ground floor. Central plank door. Secondary
through passage to left. Wood lintels to all openings.
Interior: dog-leg stair; butt-purlin roof. Reputed to have monastic origins
with wall painting in room at first floor left (not visible).
