Cottage, now divided. C17, partly rebuilt or refaced in the late C18 or
C19. Timber framed with painted brick infill, partly rebuilt in brick
(painted to represent framing). Thatched roof. Framing: square panels
with long straight tension braces. Four cell plan. One storey and
attic. Brick ridge stack off-centre to left and integral brick end stack
to left. Pair of eyebrow eaves dormers with 2-light wooden casements.
Four-window front; 2-light small-paned casements, 2 to left with
segmental heads. Boarded door between first and second windows from left
with gabled porch. Right-hand gable end has collar and tie-beam truss
with queen struts. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
