Early C19. Red brick and stone dressings; on sharp corner curve with convex angle; three storeys; four sash windows to Scotland Street elevation, plus three in the angle, plus four to the Market Street elevation, alternately of three-lights with plain stuccoed sunk segments; the bays defined by plain pilasters; moulded stone cornice. Later pilastered bank front to ground storey.
