Dated 1793 on rainwater head. Detached house. Brick; 3 storeys; of 3 bays,
the central slightly advanced; 3 sash windows with plain keyblocks and lintels;
moulded wood doorcase with panelled reveals and radial fanlight and with a 3-light window at either side; rainwater head with initials F.L. and date 1795; moulded wood eaves cornice continued around central pediment. Good interior with original staircase, door surrounds, and decorative plaster cornice and niche in Drawing Room.
