Cottage at end of row. C17. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings, thatched roof with coped gable, continuation
to north; brick chimney sticks. single-storey with attic, 2 bays, Bay 1 has a hollow-chamfer mullioned window of 5
lights to chamfered recess with label: bay 2 has a 2-light chamfer-mullioned window, apparently a C20 insertion, with
recessed doorway to right, with C20 door and sidelight, under timber lintel; a 3-light small-pane casement window to
attic hay 1 set into swept thatched dormer. South gable has 2 circular windows, that to attic having a hood mould;
gable entry with C20 stone and tiled lean-to porch. Interior not inspected. (Brookside Cottage, attached to north side,
not of special interest).
