House. Probably 1866. Ham Stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof with bands of purple and grey, bargeboarded gables and
ornamental clay ridge tiles; yellow brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays South elevation. Outer bays gabled, with
margined sash windows and heavily detailed 3-light angled bay window to lower bay 1, with wrot iron railings to stone
crown forming balcony to double window above, each window of which is set in pointed arched recess with column between
and trefoil decoration in tympanum; bay 3 has a plain window opening below and single light in pointed arched recess
above, with quatrefoil decorations: bay 2 has 6-panelled entrance door in pointed arched recess, with wood traceried
fanlight above, over which is a small plain window under eaves. Side elevations matching but plain. Interior not seen.
Forms good group with with Methodist Church (qv), occupying a proviment site on a hillside.
