Cottage, end of row. Late C18. Local stone rubble; undulating clay tile roof over 3 base courses stone slates coped to
West; brick end chimney stacks. 2-storey, single bay. Plinth; 16-pane sash window below, with a 6-panel door recessed
in segmental archway to left; above a 12-pane sash; corner of building part rounded leading into Grove Alley. Modern
extension to rear. Continuation of No 9 (qv). Interior not seen.
