House in row. Early C17 origins. Local stone cut and squared; stone slate roof between abutments, central brick chimney
stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. C19 sash windows to first floor having central dividing bars, single to bays 1 and 2 and
double to bay 3; below late C20 bow window replacing a shop window to bays 1 and 2; between bays a 6-panel C19 door
with flat timber hood on brackets; to bay 3 a coupled pair of 8-pane sash windows. Interior not seen, but report speaks
of through-passage plan, beams with stepped run-out stops and depressed 4-centre lintels with plain chamfers and square
stops around two fireplaces suggesting early C17 date. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1977).
