Gateway. Probably early C19. Doulting stone ashlar. 4-centre moulded archway on plinth, having square label with
shields in spandrils bearing the dolphin of Fitzjames of Redlynch, founders of the free school; above a plain
rectangular plaque inscribed "Hanc Scholam/AC MDXX/Privata munificentia causa/restituit/Edwardus VI Rex"; above this
string course and battlemented parapet with return.
