Cottage, formerly 2 or more. C18 probably. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof, the north portion
between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Single-storey with attics, 3 plus 2 bays. Small-pane casement
windows, mostly 2 lights, the upper set in tiled and timbered dormers, the lower under timber lintols; to lower bay 1 a
part-glazed probably C18 door with small sidelight, and right of bay 2 a C20 boarded door in C20 open timber porch;
lower bay 3 has a 3-light window; extension to match, probably separate cottage originally, set forward slightly with
small window in return; plain window lower bay 1 with dormer above, larger 3-light window lower bay 2. Interior not
seen.
