Detached warehouses. C18/early C19, modified. Red brick, Flemish bond, on lias stone plinth; asbestos cement slate
Mansard roof between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 'L'-plan: 2 storeys with attics, 3 bays. Sash
windows of 16-panes in plain openings with voussoired flat arches carried past reveals, with painted keystones; central
doorway in similar opening with C20 4-panel door under Regency pattern cast-iron fanlight: timber casement basement
windows in plinth; matching extension to rear. Interior not seen. Described as the third largest land holding farm in
Aller by 1838. (VCH Vol. III 1974).
