Pair of houses, formerly one. c1800, but incorporating earlier work. Local lias stone, near ashlar; hipped clay
pantiled roof; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays irregular fenestration. Composite sash windows of 4+8+4 panes
above, and 8+8 panes below; upper windows have simple timber architraves; off-centre 6-panel door to bay 2, with lead
covered flat timber hood on shaped brackets. Return to rear with coped north east gable, with more sash windows and
also casements to east wall; a taller return wing on west side which may represent an earlier cottage. Interior not
seen.
