Gate piers and short sweeps of West boundary wall, The Old Rectory

Gate piers and boundary wall. c1800. Local stone walls in cut and
squared coursed rubble about 1.5 metres high with thin copings, with
sweeps of about 3 metres length to square gate piers of Ham stone, with
fielded panel each exposed face above tall plinth, crowned with moulded
hipped caps. Of considerable group value to the setting of the Old
Rectory (qv) and the adjacent church (qv).
