Detached house, late C18/early C19. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base course between stepped
coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plain beaded-mullioned windows in simple architraves, all
3-light, with iron-framed opening lights: to lower bay 2 a 6-panel door set in semi-circular arched opening with
radially-glazed fanlight, simple architrave, protected by an open stone porch having pairs of very slim Tuscan columns
carrying plain entablature. In north gable 2 semi-circular arched windows in architraves, margined with 'Y'-traceried
beads: C20 windows in south gable. Interior not seen.
