Flemish bond on random coursed rubble; Welsh slate roof behind low parapet, between stepped coped gables; rendered
brick chimney stacks. L-plan, two storeys, 4-bay south facade, at right angles to road. Rendered plinth, cornice, low
parapet with moulded canopy; sash windows in architraves, 16-pane below and 12-pane above: to lower bay 3 a part-glazed
door in semi-circular arched opening with architrave and radially glazed fanlight, crosswing to left of bay 1, with
timber clad lean-to, possibly earlier than main house but much altered: traces of another building against north-east
corner, but now demolished. Interior not seen.
