Detached cottage. C18, modified. Ham stone coursed rubble; thatched roof between stepped coped gables; brick end
chianey stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Above, a 2-light early casement window with rectangular-leaded panes and iron
framed opening light to bay 1, and to bay 2 an oculus window in a single stone, also rectangular-leaded; below, a
2-light horizontal-bar casement to left, with hooks for shutters still in position; to right a deeper 3-light casement
to match, with transome, both under flat stone hood on cast iron brackets. Lean-to with double Roman clay tiled roof to
west gable, with plain C20 window above. Rear elevation has two 3-light old pattern leaded casements above, and below a
3-light plain mullioned window lower bay 1, French door lower bay 2. Interior not seen.
