Dovecote. Probably early C20. Ham stone, with cedarwood crown. Base of 3 circular stone steps, with chamfered square
block base carrying a Doric column with top slab; then an hexagonal wooden structure with hipped top and knob finial; 2
semi-circular arched bird holes, one above the other, to each face. (The top a slightly revised version of the original
illustrated in Jekyll, G and Hussey, C, Garden Ornament, London, 1927).
