Farm building left, wall with gate piers and gate returned right to Binham Farmhouse (qv) with mounting block to right of gate. C18. Farm building blue lias random rubble, slate roof, gable end single storey forming south side of forecourt to Binham Farmhouse. Wall, blue lias squared and coursed, hit and miss coping returned to Farmhouse. Pair of square gate piers, Bath stone moulded caps and ball finials. Double gates, wrought iron, spear headed uprights swept down to centre. Mounting block set to right of gate. Primarily listed for group value with Binham Farmhouse.
