Farmhouse. Early C17, enlarged late C17 - early C18. Red sandstone random rubble left, rendered right, thatched roof
left, lower independently slate roof block with shallow pitch right, stone stack right gable end and tall brick stack
rising from outshut at rear. Plan: 3 room with large cross passage, kitchen to right in earlier building, outshut at
rear. 2 storeys, 5:1 bays; all window openings left under flattened brick arches, late C17 cruciform windows with
leaded panes left, C19 3-light leaded casement right, groundfloor 4 cruciform windows left of entrance, modified 5
light leaded casement right. Early C20 door. Interior not viewed. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1978; Photograph in
