Probably late C17/early C18 altered later in C18. No 75 circa 1699 (cf will of
Thos Lacy proved 1715). No 75 altered in mid-C19 with coursed and dressed rubble
front and block dressings others rubble. 2 storeys, 1 window each, Nos 73 and 74
with wooden lintels, glazing bar sashes. No 74 has a pair of later plate glass sashes
on ground floor. No 75 has cross-glazed sashes. Doors to left. Pantile roof with
brick chimneys, No 75 has slightly higher eaves.
Interior: Nos 73 and 74 have a newel stair to left of fireplace, and moulded risers.
Ovolo moulded surround to rear door with stops.
