1718-22 (leases), windows altered mid-C19. 2½ storeys. Rubble with pantile roof
and stone chimneys. 2 windows, cross-glazed sashes in block surrounds. 1 dormer.
Brackets to eaves. 6 panel door (plain reeded) with cut stone brackets to stone
moulded flat hood.
