One building with continuous pantile roof, hipped at west end. Probably C18, with
C19 front to No 2. 2 storeys. Red brick, roughcast to No 4. Banded quoins to
right. No 2 has cornice-band and parapet. Plain eaves to No. 4.
No 2 has 2 windows (one painted imitation). Stepped voussoirs, sashes with marginal
glazing bars. 3-panel door.
No 4 has 2 windows. Modern casements to upper floor. 2 splayed bays on ground
floor, sashes without glazing bars. Good C18 pedimented doorcase with dentils and
console brackets.
Nos 2 and 4 form a group with Sumner House and Drinking-fountain, Lambrook Street.
