Set back in garden. Early C19 front. Two storeys. Hipped slate roof with one small dormer. Plain eaves band. Flat pilasters divide front. Stringcourse. Four first floor windows in sunk panels with semicircular heads. Two ground floor windows in similar panels with segmental heads. Sashes with thin glazing bars. Round-headed doorway has quarter-columns in angle of reveals. Semi-circular fanlight with tracery. Six-panel door. Second door to left. Later one storey extension on right.

Nos 3 and 5 form a group; also the listed buildings from No 3 to No 17 (on the north east side), Glastonbury Abbey (see Magdalene Street), Abbey House, Wall around grounds of the Abbey and Abbey House, all form an important group.
