House. Late C18. Random jointed ashlar, rusticated ashlar quoins, moulded cornice, parapet with plain coping, stone
tile roof, coped verges, ashlar stack with moulded cap projecting at apex of each. Symmetrical facade. Two storeys, 3
bays, late C19 four-light sash windows in moulded stone architraves; central window on first floor blank, consisting of
a pair of semi-circular headed openings with emphasised keystones and imposts. Central door opening in similarly
moulded architrave; 8-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed; edge moulded stone slab hood on cut stone brackets. Low
rubber wall to forecourt, dressed segmental capping, extending 10 metres left and right of central gateway, C20 wrought
iron gate.
