House. Circa 1820. Roughcast with end pilasters, concrete tile roof, brick stack raising through coped verge to each side. Rectangular on plan. 2-storeys, 3-bays, sashes with glazing bars in plain stone architraves. Central square head
doorway, fluted surround with floral bosses, above triangular pediment on small moulded brackets, 6-panelled door.
